Really convenient. I re-booked on a number of occasions.

The hosts were extremely accommodating when I needed anything. Communication was easy. Location was extremely convenient as I was working in the city and I was also walking distance from the gym and local shops.

Location was good, room was fairly spacious.

− Absolutely freezing! Needed to be moved as 1st apartments heater didn’t work, 2nd one did, but as an electric plug in needed to be turned off at night, with 2 external walls property was icy cold in the night. Duvet was 5-tog light summer thing which held no warmth, there was a fury bed throw, but as these can’t easily be washed they aren’t hygienic so didn’t want to use. The 1st property had a bathroom that smelt heavily of damp/mould, the 2nd property smelt of cigarette smoke - it was very obvious that someone had been smoking in there. 2nd property had no hot water in the morning, despite running the shower for good 5 mins, and radiator in bathroom didn’t work so that too was freezing. Windows were single glazed so bin men collection at 4am was not welcome, nor was the next-door generator that kept going off every 30mins all night. The number of ‘notices’ and warnings around was not appreciated, nor was the £70 refundable deposit that needed to be paid, but was not mentioned anywhere before booking had completed. 1 week later I’ve not had any confirmation that I’ll have this refunded. Overall not a place I’d consider staying again, nir recommend.

Lovely stay, had everything I needed to make a special date night, good cooking facilities and very accessible. Very clean.

Disgusting don't stay there

The bed was comfortable. Contact was fast.

− Everything else was appalling. Broken flooring. The floor was dirty evidenced by sticky feet and the bits and dirt stuck to the bottom of my feet. Filthy rug. Mould in the shower. Dirty vent in the bathroom and peeling paint on the ceiling. Vanity until filthy inside and didn't shut properly. Dirty window sills. The fan provided to keep cool was thick with dust and couldn't be used. Black hairs in the bed. Sheet didn't fit properly and had been put on inside out. Very strong smell of weed. Disgusting communal area stunk of weed and alcohol. Very noisy with rubbish trucks in the very early hours of the morning. Neighbours loud and slamming of doors. Ironic that a £70 security fee is taken for any damage done when it is in a appalling state. Not sure booking.com is aware that the property advertises there phone number and suggests calling them for a cheaper rate.
