8.0Departamento óptimo para 5 personas. No es fácil encontrar uno con 3 dormitorios a precio razonable. Todo limpio, en buen estado. A menos de 100 mts de la playa, Avenida del Mar, sector Coquimbo. Pasear por esta larga avenida es mucho más bonito en el sector Coquimbo que en sector La Serena (suele estar descuidada). Los mejores restoranes están en este sector, Coquimbo. A poco más de media cuadra encuentras locales que venden comida preparada o insumos para preparar, muy conveniente. El Casino Enjoy está a 50 mts. Visite Fuerte Lambert
− Mejoraría mucho si dispusiera de toallas y, al menos, una estufa. La semana pasada estuvo muy despejado, soleado (de invierno) y muy, muy frío. Esto pude arruinar una noche de juegos.

− Olor a huevo en todo el departamento y ando recibí abrimos la puerta,tuve que limpiar nuevamente al llegar y la falta de calefacción con el frío que sentimos. Faltó ropa de cama ,mucho frío en serena ! Las ventanas con mala Aislacion , no había calefacción ! Frío nos afectó en las instalaciones.

− La habitación principal es buena, pero las otras dos muy incómodas, no tienen velador y es muy chica la pieza. En el baño está dañado donde se coloca el papel higiénico.
