3.0The surroundings looks good (the house is basically at the river bank)
− This place has a big potential however we see the following points to make it way better: 1. The water was not potable -> this is the most needed 2. The water in the shower and toilet has to be somehow filtered to remove the yellow color 3. The fridge was not cleaned up and there was a lot of mold 4. The general cleanliness was a questionable
