− The host was very rude and she didn’t want Black people in her property

4.0The location was convenient for our onward trip to Lanseria Airport
− There was no hot water in the apartment and after 15hrs on an international flight this was frustrating as we could only shower at our final destination 10hrs later. The bathroom has black mould. No complementary water was provided especially in a city with questionable water services and quality. The apartment had an odd smell of a dirty ashtray and the bedroom mirror was on the floor and broken this a safer for anyone travelling with a young person or child.

− The owner always took forever to send the pin that we can use at the security gate to exit. That was frustrating
