La atención de Rosi, el cambio de toalla gratis y la terraza fueron lo mejor del alojamiento, nos encantó que tuviera todos los utensilios necesarios de cocina y una salita amplia.

− Faltaría un cambio de trapos junto con las toallas, ya que la arena y la suciedad se acumulan facil en una semana.

Disappointed with our stay in Canyamel

The apartment was clean, close to the beach.

− The kitchen is very old, no oven, no dishwasher, no washing machine. The renting company takes a deposit 150 euro and threatens to keep it if the apartment was left messy. 'You must wash the dishes, clean the fridge, take the garbage out!' At the same time they don't even provide you with the rubbish bags. The host came to check the rooms before we left and said 'remember, you should have switched the aircon off but leave the balcony door open!' Just too many rules for an average apartment which we paid a lot for! In general, we didn't feel welcome. They don't like tourists there in Canyamel. Overpriced low quality meals at restaurants, rude waters, very small choice at two tiny supermarkets. It would be different, probably, if we rent a car. But we just wanted a quiet week by the beach. Don't recommend!

Bien ubicado pero muy básico

La ubicación cerca de la playa La distribución y las vistas del apartamento . La atención por parte de Rosario, la camarera

− La atención telefónica. Por habernos cancelado una reserva anterior por fuerza mayor, reservé con prisas este nuevo apartamento , pero luego advertí que no tenía ni piscina ni acceso PMR (soy discapacitado). Intenté cancelar la reserva pero se negaron en redondo (a pesar de la ayuda de Booking) de la forma más antipática e irrespetuosa. Dije que necesitaba acceso PMR y me contestaron que la próxima vez lo mirase antes. Una atención nefasta . El apartamento es muy básico, con escasez de muebles y artículos de cocina. Los fogones son lentos, la luz muy escasa (por la noche cocinábamos con linterna). Le falta lavadora. Para los no muy exigentes, aceptable , y el precio acompaña. Pero dada la atención que tuve, NO habrá próxima vez. Gracias, amables señores del call center de Inca.

A quiet and relaxing place

The apartment is brand new, very clean and confortable. The check-in was easy and the communication was simple and efficient. The lady that takes care of the apartment is very sympathetic and helpful. The beds ares confortable, the air con is great. The kitchen had enough appliances for cooking a simple meal. Canyamel beach has good services and it is close for great beaches near cala Rajada. We really enjoyed our stay.

− The WiFi signal is very poor You have to buy your own toilet paper, disposal bags for waste and everything for cooking. The kitchen could have wine glasses, a good knife and bowls for cereal.

Amazing stay, very comfortable, relaxing, definitely comming back!

The apartment was beautiful, and the location is amazing just a short walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet and peaceful town with a beautiful beach and good restaurants, away from the touristy locations.

− The only thing is that I would have like to have been provided with basic stuff like small shampoos, body wash etc. So we didn’t have to buy a big size and leave it there. The same for the kitchen, there wasnt any salt or oil, again basic things that I think should be available.
