9.0Die Lage vor den Toren Berlins und im schönen Hinterland mit den Seen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt.
Wir hatten tatsächlich bei diesem Preis kein Souterrain erwartet
5.0Die Nasszelle mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette funktioniert. Seitens des Vermieters wurde unaufgefordert der Tausch der bereitgestellten Handtücher angeboten. Die Parkierungsmöglichkeit vor dem Grundstück ist tadellos. Das Grundstück ist wirklich ruhig gelegen. Internet funktioniert gut.
− Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist nicht besonders attraktiv. Es ist eine regengeschützte Kelleraussentreppe. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein Souterrain, was in der Beschreibung bei Buchung leider nicht erwähnt wurde. Hier ist vom Blick ins Grüne die Rede. Dies trifft zwar zu, allerdings befindet man sich quasi auf Augenhöhe mit der umgebenden Rasenfläche. Die vorhandenen Fotos der Inneneinrichtung sind offensichtlich sehr bewusst mit einem extremen Weitwinkelobjektiv aufgenommen, um diesen sehr besonderen Umstand zu kaschieren. Der Fernsehempfang zeigte häufig ein eingefrorenes Bild, bevor er flüssig weiterlief. Die bereitgestellte Kaffeemaschine lieferte leider nur lauwarmen Kaffee, selbst wenn man das Wasser zuvor im bereit gestellten Wasserkocher zuvor erhitzt hatte. Die Beschreibung suggeriert Strandnähe. Die Badestelle ist tatsächlich 1 Kilometer entfernt. Der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist definitiv zu dunkel und erfüllt im Hinblick auf die Versorgung mit Tageslicht die bauordnungsrechtlichen Vorgaben an einen Aufenthaltsraum bei weitem nicht. Siehe hierzu Art. 47 BbgBO. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer verfügt über deutlich zu wenig seitliche Gangbreite. Der Ort Wolzig bietet tatsächlich keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Dies konnte man allerdings aus der Beschreibung schlussfolgern. Zusammenfassung: Die Bleibe mag für einen Kurzaufenthalt eine Option sein, für einen zehntägigen Aufenthalt ist sie es eher nicht. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir extrem hohe Ansprüche an eine Ferienwohnung stellen. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unseres Erachtens leider nicht. Es war übrigens die erste Ferienwohnung, gebucht über booking.com, bei der eine Kaution vor Ort in Höhe von 300 Euro gezahlt werden musste. Dies war aber im Vorfeld so kommuniziert.
