6.0Super emplacement. Commodités et lieux touristiques à proximité immédiate. Chambre très lumineuse. Literie confortable mais pour 2 pas pour 3.
− Canapé lit non confortable. Pas de lumière dans la pièce principale. Aucune fenêtre et la porte d'entrée est occultante. Bruyant : on entend tous les voisins du dessus. Lumière de sécurité très vive qui éclaire la chambre toute la nuit même porte fermée car vitrée.

− Il sistema di check-in tramite una applicazione software propietaria si è dimostrato troppo macchinoso ed era bloccato al momento del check in. Per fortuna lo staff ha reagito prontamente via messaggio.

4.0La posizione non è male, l'appartamento nemmeno....anche se viene richiesto di fare meno rumore possibile in quanto le pareti sono veramente sottili e si sente tutto....questo comporta sicuramente poca privacy. Il tasto dolente è la pulizia...al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sia il bagno, sia il letto sporchi, per non parlare del cattivo odore presenti. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene dopo la prima notte, siamo stati rimborsati completamente. Un punto a favore per la disponibilità del personale.

3.0L’unico aspetto positivo è la lavatrice, che era nuova, e la posizione. ma non giustifica il prezzo né il soggiorno. Non mi spiego come possa avere un punteggio così alto: recensioni decisamente gonfiate. Non ci tornerei mai."
− Non vedevo l’ora di andarmene. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un cattivo odore persistente all'interno della casa. La pulizia è carente, i letti sono scomodi e gli spazi di cucina e bagno sono angusti. Il bagno è progettato malissimo: il lavandino è basso e si trova dentro la doccia, col risultato che il pavimento è costantemente bagnato. Mancano persino gli appendini per gli asciugamani.
