10.0Розташування: тихий провулок, поряд поряд оливковий сад, двір зелений і з гарними квітами. Не чутно музики із сусідніх готелів і шуму транспорту. До моря 5 хвилин. Пляжі є різні, з лежаками і без. Поряд 3 таверни грецької кухні і магазини продуктів. Саме помешкання: свіжий ремонт, все чисте і охайне. Окрема подяка Марії. Це власниця. Вона дуже приємна і уважна жінка. І грецька гостинність- це про неї. Ваші прохання будуть точно враховані.

10.0Уютный домик возле моря, с цветущим садом и двором. 3 комнаты, из которых 2 спальни и одна - проходная гостиная - кухня. Свежий, хороший ремонт, удобные кровати, есть достаточно шкафов, тумбочек, чтобы разложить вещи. На кухне есть плита, микроволновка, духовка (мы не пользовались), холодильник, чайник, тостер, много разной посуды для готовки и еды. Чудесный дворик, повсюду прекрасные цветы и зелень. Во дворе - стол и комфортные стулья, большой зонт, сушка для одежды, продумано освещение вечером. В первой половине дня - двор в тени, во второй половине дня - солнце, однако зонт и сад смягчают жару. Дом находиться в тихом переулке, рядом - оливковая роща, пасутся коровы и птицы, на рассвете поют петухи. До ближайшего пляжа - минут -5-7 пешком, через дорогу есть выбор - платные пляжи с таверной, или водным спортом или просто лежаки. Также есть бесплатные пляжи. Поблизости несколько таверен и магазинов. Хозяйка Мария очень приветливая и гостеприимная. Была на связи до нашего приезда, поделилась информацией куда пойти и где купить продукты, помогла вызвать такси.

8.0The owner was very helpful with everything we asked from organising bikes to letting us know the best supermarkets. The house is clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The location is great, lovely patio seating area and short walk to the beach. We felt very at home here.

9.0The kitchen was the best. Very well equiped with spices and oven and all tools you need.
− As someone that loves to cook, I always need my knifes to be sharp. The knifes were quite doll and there was no knife sharpener. I would be great if there was one next time
Superb holiday in Kos
10.0It was lovely to stay at Maria’s home! Nikos was exceptionally helpful over whatsapp and Maria was so kind and helpful next door as well. We felt truly immersed in Kos culture staying there and will definitely be back!
