These apartments are a wonderful place to stay in Rhodes. The owners are kind, polite, and genuinely caring people. A lovely surprise was the homemade treats they prepared for us—for example, we were welcomed with a delicious carrot cake. We also didn't expect the apartment to be cleaned during our stay. When you rent an apartment, you usually assume you'll be responsible for keeping it tidy yourself, so this was a very pleasant bonus. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

− There were no drawbacks or negative experiences during our stay. To be honest, I don't understand why some reviews mention the proximity to the airport or the pebble beach as disadvantages. These are not issues caused by the owners or the property itself. A review should evaluate the accommodation and its location as a whole. Most of Kremasti is located close to the airport, so you'll hear planes flying overhead during both the day and the night no matter which apartment you stay in. That's simply part of the area. As for the beach, pebble beaches are common across Rhodes because of the island's geography. By the same logic, someone could complain about the saltiness of the Aegean Sea or the strong winds, which are also characteristic of this region.

Good value for money - must get the renovated rooms

Very kind and sweet owner, always around the property available for any questions. We had the renovated room on the ground floor and it was great. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Wifi was working great, bathroom was clean. Little kitchen with everything you could want. Location is great, parking available. Wish we could've stayed in the room for another night, as we extended the trip for a day.

− We extended our trip and wanted to extend the stay in the room, however we were told it was already booked. So we were moved to a different room upstairs, which has no curtains on the window and it was quite terrible as you're woken up with the sun in your face at 7am. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. In the room downstairs, we had someone try to come in one night around midnight. They tried to open our door but luckily we had it locked. We investigated if someone was trying to break in and steal something but it was just a drunk, naked British tourist who was lost and couldn't find his room. So better lock your doors.

− Było brudno, pod starymi dywanikami mnóstwo mrówek, piachu no ogólnie syf, dostaliśmy apartament numer 6 a moim zdaniem to można nazwać meliną nr 6. Stare poszewki na poduszkę, kołdrę no masakra za taką cenę taką melinę dostać.

Griechenland pur bei Maria!

Habe mich in diesem Familienbetrieb vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt.Hier wird griechische Gastfreundschaft gelebt. Die Tochter des Hauses hat mir sogar einen köstlichen Kuchen gebacken und aufs Zimmer gestellt. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden,da die Familie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft im Haus betreibt.Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand,wo man um nur 4€ pro Person eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm mieten kann. In das Zentrum sind es ebenfalls 5 Minuten. Ich komme gerne wieder zu Maria und ihrer herzlichen Familie.
