8.0Die Unterkunft ist idyllisch gelegen, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es herrscht absolute Ruhe. Man kann von Kvivik aus die Hauptinsel der Färöer befahren, ohne durch gebührenpflichtige Tunnel fahren zu müssen.
− Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war vollkommen unbefriedigend. Laut booking.com hätten wir um 15 Uhr in die Unterkunft hineinkommen sollen. Dies war nur mit Kenntnis eines Codes möglich, der uns aber nicht rechtzeitig mitgeteilt wurde. Unter der von booking.com angegebenen Telefonnummer war die Gastgeberin nicht erreichbar. Man stieß telefonisch nur auf eine automatische Durchsage, gefolgt von Musik. Es war nicht einmal möglich, eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen. Nur mit Hilfe von gefälligen Nachbarn, die nach eigener Aussage die Vermieterin jedoch nur entfernt kannten, war es über andere Kommunikationskanäle möglich, die Vermieterin zu erreichen und den Eingangscode mitgeteilt zu bekommen. Die in der Unterkunft ausliegenden Informationen über den Internetzugang waren falsch, sowohl was das Wifi-Netz als auch was das Passwort anging. Auch deshalb mussten wir nochmals die Hilfe der gegenüber wohnenden Nachbarin in Anspruch nehmen. Der Duschschlauch hatte eine undichte Stelle, das Duschwasser selbst war unerträglich heiß. Dies konnte man nur mildern, indem man parallel zur Dusche den Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens voll und auf heiß gestellt aufgedreht ließ.

− Eau chaude de la douche non réglable. Un simple surmatelas sur le sommier de la chambre du RDC trop inconfortable.

6.0l'emplacement est trés bien , la déco et l'équipement parfait
− la réception de la clé , pas de code et très compliqué de joindre les propriétaires . Sur les 2 nuits , samedi /dimanche , départ lundi très tôt , l'appartement mitoyen , (dans la même maison ,même propriétaire ) était en travaux le dimanche , très bruyant , donc pour le calme .........Cela s'est arrêté à 19H45 après ma réclamation auprès de l'artisan qui voulait encore continuer 1H . Il n'y a pas de WIFI et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse du propriétaire après mes appels et messages
