− Niestety ale kontakt z właścicielką można nazwać próba oszustwa, zarezerwowaliśmy 5 pokoi, podczas przyjazdu okazało się mamy dopłacić za 5 pokój ponad 500 euro, dopiero kontakt z obsługą klienta rozwiązał ten problem, co więcej właścicielka zainkasowała 30 euro za sprzątanie pokoju ponieważ twierdziła że użyliśmy nie tego pokoju co powinniśmy a nikt nie wskazał jakich używać, trzeba też pamiętać że to nie jest cały dom!

10.0The view was breathtaking and we completely fell in love with the place. It was more beautiful than I ever imagined a Tuscan home to be. We had a wonderful stay! Barbara is very helpful and responsive and we even received a larger apartment than the one we payed for.
− Just a quick heads up for future guests: heating is not included in the price and costs €3.50 per hour. There is also a €200 cash deposit required upon arrival (which we received back with no issues at check-out). Additionally, the house has strict recycling rules with potential fines for errors. It felt a little stressful at first, but as long as you’re tidy, it’s not a problem!

10.0Мы приехали на 5 дней по делам в этот район, нужно было найти проживание к месту где мы должны были провести на встречах целую неделю. Выбор наш пал на этот объект, который превзошел наши ожидания. Барбара хозяйка - выше всех похвал, заселила нас в 20.30, объект с потрясающим видом. Сам дом оформлен в тосканском стиле, у нас было 3 спальни и кухня с гостиной зоной. Возле виллы - гриль и беседка с которой открывается вид на перспективу Тосканы. Внизу в городках есть множество фантастических ресторанов. До Пистои - 15 минут на авто. До Флоренции 55 минут. Если вы будете в этом районе - смело бронируйте этот объект и получайте удовольствие от проведенного там времени.
− Единственный минус - это ремонт дороги после оползня, который если бы не был закрыт ускорил бы нам доезд в Mungherino где мы должны были провести 5 дней.

10.0This place is absolutely one of our best choices so far! The house and our apartment were beautiful, I imagined a house in Tuscany just like this. The terraceview is simply breathtaking, we just couldn't get enough of it. Barbara, the owner was also perfect, just like the house: very kind, supportive and available if needed. We definetely plan to return here in the future.
