10.0En tout premier lieu, bien évidemment, la proximité de la plage (3 minutes à pieds) Ensuite, un très bel établissement moderne très bien conçu et très bien entretenu. Enfin, une propriétaire et des collaborateurs de très grande qualité et de très grande disponibilité et réactivité.

8.0Lo staff, gentilissimo, il posto, tranquillissimo (però io ho soggiornato a maggio e logicamente, essendo un posto di mare, non era molto affollato), il rapporto qualità/prezzo
− Le stesse caratteristiche riferite prima (tranquillità etc.) viste da un punto di vista di una persona giovane che vorrebbe divertirsi, diventano negative. Purtroppo, per tanti anni di trascuratezza, marina di Minturno, Scauri non offrono tante attrattive per persone giovani: qualche bar, per quanto carini, pochi locali non bastano a garantire una attrattiva per una popolazione giovane

10.0Posizione comodissima per il mare: spiaggia a 200 mt. Villetta con giardino interno, tranquilla e defilata dal centro. Pulita e ordinata, ottima per chi vuole avere libertà di movimento senza vincoli.
