9.0It was nice how quiet it was despite being right there next to the road. The stream and area beyond the stream out back was beautiful especially early morning or later at night. Would definitely come back when coming to NY!
Traffic was very fast and close to the metal side on the road. And not much to do.
10.0It was a very nice venue, very clean and spacious and many amenities were there already. It was like a small house!
− Our host was called for an hour and a half since the door had locked on the outside, she was working a bit down further at Greek Peak, so she didn’t answer me for quite sometime, then called to say she opened our door remotely! The next day we were locked out again, but we were visiting relatives for the entire day. The host and a man with her showed us again how to unlock the outside door.

10.0Conveniently located near Cortland. The room was spacious and well maintained. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and Kuerig. I would definitely book this property again for future travel to the area.
