− Wir haben ein separates WC vermisst.
Insgesamt gut, die Lage hat vieles aufgewogen.
8.0Die zentrale Lage und die stylische Ausstattung.
− Die Küche und das Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen - in der Küche löst sich zb bei der Spülmaschine und beim Kühlschrank die Verkleidung der Türen - beim Bad ist die Badewanne inkl. Vorhang nicht sehenswert. Der Zugang zur Dachterrasse ist sehr wackelig - das haben wir wegen der Unfallgefahr lieber weggelassen.

9.0Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe dem Hbf und nahe der Altstadt, und mit spätabendlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Schnellrestaurants, Spätkauf) ist sehr gut.
− Was wir sehr vermisst haben: Schiebetür Küche (als abendliche Schallisolierung zu den Schlafzimmern) / Mikrowellenherd / Ein weiterer Stuhl in der Küche. Das Eisfach des Kühlschranks schließt nicht mehr richtig; das Eisfach war vereist.

− Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und die Dusche müsste unbedingt repariert werden. Für 6 Personen etwas eng.
