I had a fantastic stay!
10.0My stay was absolutely fantastic—I loved everything about it! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, even for a studio. I appreciated the extra mattress and pillows provided, and the washing machine worked perfectly. The rack for drying clothes was very useful, and it was a bonus to have a great view of Legoland from the window. As a small suggestion, it would be even better if a microwave was provided for reheating food and an additional rack for drying clothes or telekung inside the room. Thank you for an amazing experience—I would definitely recommend this place to others!
− I found the self-check-in process very convenient and efficient, especially with the use of the safety box for key collection. However, I noticed a small area for improvement that could enhance the guest experience. The lighting near the safety box was a yellow tone, which gave a cozy ambiance but made it a bit challenging to clearly see the lock and the numbers on it. Since the lock's numbers are in silver and use a finer font, they can be harder to distinguish under this lighting. Perhaps adding brighter or more focused lighting near the safety box, or using locks with more contrast in their design, could make the process even smoother for guests.
