Ottimo appartamento in centro a Molfetta
8.0La struttura è situata in una posizione molto centrale e vicina a molti servizi. Ambienti interni molto accoglienti e con tutti i confort. Cucina con tutto il necessario. L'appartamento risulta essere molto fresco al punto da non farci utilizzare l'aria condizionata anche in piena estate
− Purtroppo la casa non presenta finestre se non due porte e quindi risulta essere cupa e un po' umida. Questo problema è particolarmente rilevante nel bagno che dopo qualche giorno diventa molto umido

− Appena arrivati puzza di chiuso di umidità e freddo. Abbiamo dovuto accendere i condizionatori per riscaldare la casa cosa che non è mai successo visto le volte alte delle camere eppure eravamo a maggio. Il proprietario ci ha subito detto che la doccia durava max 8 minuti dopo acqua se volevi fare la doccia la facevi fredda. Eravamo in 4 fate voi. Le coperte anni 60 pesantissime. Gli asciugamani di recupero uno diverso dall'altro. Comodini di recupero uno diverso dall'altro come tutto il resto. Doccia con sporco e secchio per lavare per terra dentro. Bagno stretto, lavandino traballante. Viaggiamo molto e siamo stati tante volte anche a Molfetta ma mai una cosa del genere. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà. Non siamo andati via perché rispettiamo la gente che lavora ma così non è lavorare ma è prendere in giro la gente. Ah, una cosa buona c'era una macchinetta del caffè con le.cialde ma mancava lo zucchero.

10.0Appartamento estremamente fresco al punto che non sono stati utilizzati i climatizzatori. L'ambiente si è presentato pulito e il proprietario cordiale e simpatico. Zona comoda, una via di mezzo tra la stazione e il lungo mare.

10.0The location was perfect, right in the centre of town. The owner was so very helpful during check in and check out and responded to any questions or concerns we had. The bed was really comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed !
