− The smell, the noise, not the best.

9.0Layout and decor were spot on, spotless and comfortable, a 2nd toilet would have been nice! Minutes from promenade, beautiful view only noticeable noise was from passing traffic during the night.
− Only 1 parking space on an angle in small yard, alternative parking in spaces on surrounding roads were either payable (£11.50 all day) or no return within 1 hour between 8-6. This was not made clear in the information. Only minimal information ie WiFi and which bins and where they were.
