Beautiful safe location, no customer care taken.
6.0We loved the location and layout of the flat.
− There wasn’t any decent pans to cook with. No paper towels, freezer was filthy. No coffee pot. Bedding: pillows were old and hard, old sheets and no top sheet. Couch was broken down, sunk when you tried to sit on it and it smelled.

1.0Nothing. I have never given a bad review before but there was nothing good about this stay.
− As we entered the building we could hear what sounded like an alarm and realised it was a very loud noise coming from the ensuite in our flat. We contacted the host who said she wasn't in the area but would contact her plumber. By 11pm ,no plumber had arrived so I sent a message to say we were going to bed. No sleep was had. No more correspondence from the host. We left the next morning, even though we had booked 2 nights. Bed was uncomfortable,pillows weren't fresh,just a tired flat,with loose sockets in the living room and the lamp in the bedroom fused when we turned it on. The patio door was opened at the bottom and we couldn't close it.
