Exceptional stay. I loved it
10.0We had a beautiful stay, the place was clean and all was on point. The only concern is finding one tissue roll in one toilet and the rest did not have any.

1.0The location
− As guests we were provided with an inventory of hundreds of items & an ingoing inspection that misrepresented the condition of the unit & was inaccurate. If left uncontested guests can be held liable for missing items & damages that already pre existed. The condition of the unit was hazardous& not maintained. There was what appeared to be black mold in the main bedroom, a stench of mold & rotting wood in the cupboards in one bedroom & the kitchen. the unit appears to have major cracks in the ceiling. the stove was rusted & in a bad condition. the cutlery & crockery was all old, mismatched & gross. Dishes smelt of mold from sitting in the stinky cupboards. The place is a health and safety hazard. All this was brought to the agents attention. Excuses were made about the owners intention to renovate but then why continue to rent the unit to unsuspecting guests without fully disclosing the issues in the unit & then taking it further to misrepresent on the ingoing inspection. Also why should guests spend so much of their time counting spoons, pillow cases etc. 1 toilet paper was provided for 6 guests for 3 days, no soaps, no tea/coffee, no servicing of the unit. A truly shocking experience.
