A great find.

The perfect location with great views over the marina. A very clean and comfortable apartment which we will definitely be revisiting. The very large terrace allows a relaxing time.There are many good restaurants within minutes of the apartment.

The views from the balcony (patio) are just amazing. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings having our coffee.

Just an amazing stay in the prettiest place on Mallorca.

We had a perfect stay at the Penthouse. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning — starting and ending the day with an ocean view was simply amazing. The only downside was a rather annoying noise from the neighbors’ energy/water generator. Nevertheless, Maria Antonia was incredibly helpful and made sure the noise issue was reduced by the end of our stay.

Super Dachterrasse mit Aussicht.

− Die Ausstattung ist teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und im Schlafzimmer störte ein Dauerbrummen etwas, das aber von außerhalb der Wohnung kommt - Klimaanlage eventuell. Wenn die eigene Klima läuft, hört man es aber nicht mehr...

Sehr schönes Penthouse mit großer Terrasse in einem ruhigen Ort.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Man unmittelbar in der Nähe der Restaurants. Von der großen Dachterrasse hat man ein tollen Blick über den Hafen. Man konnte perfekt den Sonnenaufgang und bei Nacht den Mondschein bewundern und schöne Fotos schießen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Etwas späteres Auschecken war kein Problem.

− Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind begrenzt. In der Hauptsaison kann das evtl. zum Problem werden.
