10.0Very good location - around it many eateries that stay open until late (also a pizza place and a coffee shop in the ground floor), some 24/7 mini marts, the beach only a five-minute walk. Abot 15 minutes walk to the large square. Apartment was sufficiently large , well equipped (though no oven). Excellent was the availability of a washing machine on the balcony and place to dry clothes. Very clean. Good sound insulation. Comfortable mattress, two pillows for each bed. Good lighting, good WiFi signal. Host responded immediately to written enwuires and check in was easy snd efficient. For 40 something Euro a night, absolutely good value.
What's to be fancier than it is - but it's nice
8.0Room looks like on the pictures. Location is good, view is pretty. The management answers questions on Whatz App within a view minutes - even on the day after Tet Fest. We could stay longer since our bus left at 10pm for no extra charge, which was great.
− Room is a lil bit too fancy and not really functional. There is a window from the bathroom to the sleeping room, the shower has glas so the bathroom doesn't get wet. But the glass does not reach to the end, so the bathroom must get wet anyways. It was the first and only accommodation on our trip, which didn't offer and refuses to book a bus to the next town for us. But that's all minor details. All in all it's a nice place, and since we got a discount totally worth the money.

− There's no food restaurant inside the building, we had to go out looking for food. But there're a lot restaurants nearby so that's ok.
