10.0Amazing view and location. The garden of the Villa is very nice and you could taste the air and the panorama in total quietness. The barbeque area has been very useful for us. The apartment is excellent and clean. It has everything you need inside. The host Chris was polite and helpful for us. The cleaning lady Catherina was very profesional and friendly too. We will turn again because this place is worth visiting even out of the summer season.
Izuzetna lokacija, udoban smeštaj, ljubazna i susretljiva Katarina i sitnice koje se mogu ispraviti
8.0Lokacija objekta je izuzetna. Platarija je mirno mesto idealno za odmor. Vila Niki se nalazi na samoj obali mora. Ogromni platan pravi hladovinu tokom celog dana, Klimatske prilike su izuzetne. Sam apartman ima veliko i dobro opremljeno kupatilo, udobne krevete i izuzetno kvalitetnu klimatizaciju prostora (skoro bešumna i vrlo efikasna). Plaža preko puta apartmana je jako mala ali sasvim dovoljna da se okupate ako ne želite da idete dalje toga dana. Voda je čista i topla.
− U ponudi apartmana piše da je: "besplatan PRIVATAN parging dostupan u okviru objekta (rezervacija nije neophodna)" što je samo delimično tačno. Postoji privatan parking sa dva parking mesta i 4 apartmana. Onaj ko je brži (ili ne pomera automobil sa parkinga tokom celog letovanja) zaista i ima privatan parking. Ostali se parkiraju na ulici. Istini za volju uilica je slabo prometna ali, ipak, nije privatan parking! U Studio apartmanu (u prizemlju) u kojem smo mi bili ne postoji komarnik na vratima. Ulazna vrata nemaju žaluzine samo unutrašnju rolo zavesu - kada odete na plažu sunce direktno zagreva apartman celo popodne. U apartmanu nema aspiratora, ni jedne šerpe ili tiganja, a rešo koji postoji je samo za kuvanje kafe ili čaja (čemu inače služe i dva dodatna aparata). Istini za volju 6. dana našeg boravka Domaćin nas je pitao da li nam treba neki tiganj i da li hoćemo da koristimo zajednički roštilj koji postoji u sklopu dvorišta. Verujem da smo tražili (a nismo) da bi sve i dobili i pre tog 6. dana.

10.0Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Plataria. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Restaurants und Cafés nahe und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!
