A nice space with helpful staff.
7.0The check-in process was quite easy. We arrived after the checkin time and the staff made it easy to retrieve the key after hours.
− The checkin/checkout information indicated that there would be air conditioning since it requried that we set the A/C to certain temperature when leaving, however, there was no aircon. Not a big deal but it could have been nice.

8.0I loved that it was very close to the stores and an amazing view to the mountains from the balcony. I also liked that the kitchen was really fully equipped.
− I found holes on the wall of the bathroom and they were pretty big and I couldn't open the window of the bathroom which wasn't ideal. They took note of it though and told me that they would take care of it, so I guess I would say that the previous tenants are probably the ones who should've mentioned that to the owners since it's a big company of chalet and it would be hard for them to know how every chalet that they own are (in terms of their conditions) if nobody that sleeps there tells them.

9.0I loved the that the kitchenette had a fondue set. Everything was clean. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. Nothing negative to say.
