9.0Unkompliziert und nett. Gerne wieder.
Wohnung in Ordnung, Lage zentral und das drumherum verbesserungswürdig.
7.0Zentrale Lage und daher alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung und vor allen sehr sauber. Das Vorhandensein einer Garage mit Zugang zum Apartment.
− Die Irritation der Buchung, da das Bild in Booking.com mehr versprach (Loft) als das tatsächlich erhaltene Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Mehrere Fenster ließen sich weder öffnen noch richtig schließen. Sie waren so schwergängig, das man das Gefühl hatte, etwas kaputt zu machen. Außerdem war die Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr Geräuschintensiv wie auch die unmittelbar am Apartment vorbeiführende Straße. Der Ausblick aus den Küchenfenstern war sehr ernüchternd, da wir auf mehrere Mülltonnenbehälter (Innenhof) und daran hängenden gelben Säcken schauten. Zweimaliger Stromausfall kam auch noch dazu, da aus welchen Gründen auch immer, der FI ausgelöst wurde. On top gab es erheblichen Baustellenlärm ab 06:00 h in der Früh.

Great Location but Poor Cleanliness & Heating Issues
7.0• Location is excellent – directly across from the train station. • There is a garage (though quite cluttered).
− • The kitchen is big but has a strong, persistent smell of old grease and oil buildup. Opening windows to ventilate only attracted large flies. • Many corners of the house are covered in spider webs. • Overall cleanliness is poor: the towel rack in the bathroom has mold growth, the toilet has old stains. • The heating system is outdated and ineffective, making nights particularly cold, especially in the bedroom facing the road.
