− El sillón cama está roto y muy incómodo para dormir ahí, necesitan arreglarlo
Book somewhere else, the host doesn't respect Booking reservations.
1.0Nothing, host canceled my reservation at my arrival.
− Zero communication, replies or feedback from hosts before arrival.
Overall always a good stay and will definitely be back.

worst booking ever
1.0− It's great, after long hours of flight, to arrive to you booking, only to realize there will be no one to meet you and give you the keys to the appartment (or even access to the residency, for that matter). to be honest, we did expect something was wrong when, after tyring multiple times to write to and call the owner, there were no responses. after more than an hour and long negociations with the security guy (nice person btw), we were able to enter (even though he should normally first receive notification from the owner to let us in, which he never did). but that was not the end of it. should I mention the broken furnitures, dirty beds, or even the very nice terrace, with dirty chairs & broken tree branches all over ? too bad, the place had real potential to be a really nice appartment. anyway, if you are coming to Syulita, chose any other hotel/appartment/dog house. sleeping in the car is a far better, less expensive, experience if you want my advice.

− Unit was not cleaned upon check-in. Very poor communication with owner. Lots of things broken like coffee machine, dishwasher. Old furniture, uncared for. We were given three towels and an old dirty dish rag. Yeah not very good...
