6.0Le logement était à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Les proprietaires étaient très sympathiques.
− Pas de machine à laver le linge Dans un des toilettes l’abattant était sale et usager. À l’extérieur des travaux nous empêchaient de circuler normalement.

10.0Svaka cast za gazdu i gazdaricu. Sve pohvale, gospon i gospodja su jako gostoprimljivi pristupacni u svakom smislu. Topla dobrodoslica. Stan je cist uredan, gazde vrijedni ljudi. Plaza "Djecji Raj" je ca.10min hodom dalje od apartmana. U blizini se nalaze prodavnice kao i pekare. Apartman je na mirnom mjestu, imate i svoju terasu/balkon gdje mozete isto sjediti. Ma nemam primjedbe sve 5! 👍⚓️ •Bila sam sa momkom 5 noci (27.7-01.08.2025) Hvala lijepa 🌴🛟🇭🇷 Every commendation to the host and hostess. All praise, the gentleman and lady are very hospitable and approachable in every sense. A warm welcome. The apartment is clean and tidy; the hosts are hardworking people. The "Dječji Raj" beach is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, there are shops as well as bakeries. The apartment is in a quiet location; you also have your own terrace/balcony where you can sit. I have no complaints, everything is perfect! •I was there with my boyfriend for 5 nights (July 27 - August 1, 2025)

10.0Just got back from a 10 day stay at Apartments Lipovica and had a fantastic holiday. Our hosts Lillia and Josip were perfect hosts and provided refreshments when we arrived.Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and only a 10 minute walk from the beach and center of Sukosan which is a lovely town. Our hosts were very friendly and we would often join them for a glass of wine when we returned after a day out. They kindly invited us for dinner and cooked a delicious meal for us along with another couple of guests. We would highly recommend Apartments Lipovica and hope to return very soon.
