Apartamento cómodo y limpio
8.0Muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para unos días de vacaciones. Incluido secador, lavadora, aspirador y cazuelas nuevas. También tiene cafetera de cápsulas. La zona es muy tranquila, por demás, si quieres un poco de vida por la noche para salir a cenar tienes que ir con el coche bastante lejos.
− 0 conexión wifi. Si necesitas trabajar desde allí es un problema La comunicación con el interlocutor básicamente inexistente, solo contesto a un mensaje. Pero la verdad es que no nos hizo mucha falta porque estaba todo fácil.

8.0Posizione, vista mare , gusto nella scelta dell arredamento , parcheggio gratuito adiacente alla casa , aria condizionata ,vicinanza alle spiagge e al supermercato
− CI sono diversi interventi di manutenzione da effettuare ,che non precludono la buona riuscita della vacanza ma la migliorerebbero sicuramente da un punto di vista di confort. La lavastoviglie era fuori uso, telecomando Tv fuori uso, imposte difficili da chiudere causa difetto nella ferramenta , luce d ingresso assente .

10.0Posizione eccezionale, con vista meravigliosa sull' Asinara e la Pelosa, due calette semideserte a due passi a piedi , Cala Lupo e Punta Negra , anche meglio che affrontare il caos della Pelosa almeno in luglio agosto , tanto la vista dalla stupenda terrazza basta e avanza. Pulizia eccellente. Arredamento e spazi belli e rilassanti , giardino immerso nella natura. Parcheggio sotto casa comodissimo , un buon minimarket a due passi il tutto in zona residenziale pulita ed ordinata. Casa perfetta per famiglia di 4 persone o 4 single. Altamente consigliato anche il rapporto qualita' prezzo! Se avro' voglia di Stintino e dintorni tornero' sicuramente in questa bella casetta!

8.0Su terraza ideal para los desayunos un lugar tranquilo con hermosa vista y si tenes auto te queda todo a mano, cocina equipada, camas cómodas, con aire acondicionado las habitaciones y un baño amplio tal cual las fotos, tiene un par de sombrillas para la playa solo le faltaría unas reposteras

9.0This is big apartment in quite location, near to bus stop with big terrace and beautiful view. By walk you can get to Cala Lup;o beach, by bus to another beaches - La Pelossa, Stintino. The local food shop is 8-9 minutes by walk, you can get there coffee, cappuccino, too. It's more comfortable to have a car there, but by bus it's easy and slow travelling to enjoy the moment.
