10.0Czyste i bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie, lokalizacja idealna, tuż przy przystanku tramwajowym, na dole netto. Wszędzie blisko, spacerem ok 20 min do centrum. Polecam bardzo :)

− Brakowało mi półeczki pod prysznicem na kosmetyki - prysznic jest dość mały więc schylanie się po szampon może być niekomfortowe

8.0Lokalizacja blisko szpitala MSWiA - o to chodziło, apartament prawie cały dzień zacieniony, co miało swój plus, bo na dworze temperatura 40 stopni - dodatkowo był duży wiatrak. Pełen pakiet TV i darmowe WiFi. Czysto, świeżo. Bezproblemowe dostanie się do obiektu (bardzo dobra instrukcja na e-mail).
− Prysznic w łazience nieco wąski, osoby bardziej konkretne mogą mieć problem. Jeśli ktoś lubi ciszę, to nie polecam - obok linia tramwajowa, którą słychać. Brak darmowego parkingu w bezpośrednim otoczeniu, ale była informacja na e-mail, gdzie można bezpłatnie parkować - jakieś 100-200 metrów dalej.
