8.0Checking in was smooth. We were met by the staff and caretaker without delay. The location was good since mall and restaurants were.just nearby.
Fun and hope to come back soon.

It was very disappointing!

− The bathrooms are poorly maintained. Water all over the floor. Slip hazard. Needs mop to dry the bathroom floor. There is ant infestation in the bathroom sink every morning and every day!!! The was also an unknown liquid spill or leak in the bathroom where the broken and chained washing machine is. The dinner ware and silverware were incomplete and mismatched and pan was disgustingly dirty I have to scrub it for an hour! The wall clocks were dead! I replaced the battery of one but the other one was totally dead!!!
Property was not clean. Only upside was it was a 2-bedroom apartment next to Ayala Mall
