10.0Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG und ist gemütlich ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch die nette Vermieterin welche uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat und die Örtlichkeiten erklärte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber so das wir uns von Anfang an Wohl gefühlt haben. Man ist sehr schnell am Hafen und der nächste Badestarnd ist ca 12-15min entfernt. Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung, ebenso gibt es genug freie Parkplätze. Einzig das Möwengeschrei war als nervig zu empfinden, wobei es doch zur See gehört.

9.0Das Appartement entspricht voll der Beschreibung, ist sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist auf die Landseite und einen Abrissbau. Dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Strand, Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe.
