− Peu de réponses aux messages, pas toujours de formules de courtoisie, problème de clés , ne repondent pas en français, opacité du calcul de la tace de séjour

Groupe d'établissements à éviter, malgré des annonces qui paraissent alléchantes.
1.0Rien, puisque l'hôtel a annulé notre réservation le jour de notre arrivée, à 20H15, alors que nous essayions de faire le check-in depuis 11H du matin.
− Plusieurs choses : 1. l'incompétence du service par téléphone de Tendency Apartments 6, à chaque appel téléphonique que nous avons passé pour tenter d'effectuer notre check-in, de 11H du matin à 20h15, heure de la confirmation de l'annulation. 2. l'irrespect complet du consommateur : à chaque fois, on nous a demandé de patienter, et donné des explications vagues pour tenter de justifier le fait qu'on ne retrouvait pas notre réservation, alors que nous avions une confirmation de la part de BOOKING.com 3. la proposition de Tendency Apartments 6 de nous ouvrir la porte à distance (!!!) , parce qu'on ne pouvait nous remettre les clés ni nous donner un code : cela laisse rêveur quand à la sécurité de ce type de réservation : si une ouverture à distance est possible, qu'en est-il du respect de la vie privée, et quelle garantie peut-on avoir que personne ne s'introduit dans le logement à notre insu? 4. Les promesses de BOOKING, une fois la réservation annulée, de nous aider à trouver un autre logement. L'aide? un lien dans un mail renvoyant à la page de recherche de logement, comme pour n'importe quelle réservation ! BOOKING n'aide EN RIEN, et comble de tout, a expliqué que, si la nouvelle réservation sur leur site coûtait moins cher, ils rembourseraient la différence... par geste commercial (!!!) Conclusion : une journée perdue, un hôtel trouvé par nos propres moyens à 23h (pas de disponibilité correspondante à nos besoins sur BOOKING)..., AUCUNE excuse, et encore moins de geste de la part ni de Tendency Apartments 6, ni de BOOKING... Une note inférieure à 1/10 devrait pouvoir être renseignée. Au vu de ce manquement grave aux obligations contractuelles, une plainte officielle va être déposée au CEC, autorité européenne compétente en la matière.
