Te cobran por todo, limpieza exagerada, tasas turisticas de las cuales no avisan, te hacen dejar el apartamento temprano sin flexbilidad, un poco dictadores a la hora del checkin. El piso bien, pero el trato al cliente pesimo

− The visual layout doesn't really match the photos listed, and we were quite disappointed by the reality of the property. The photos are digitally enhanced to provide a misleadingly good image, while the furniture, bathroom, and kitchen are actually old and of a much lower quality than advertised. Critical operational limitations regarding noise and climate control severely impacted our stay, making the accommodation vastly overpriced for what is actually provided. ​Detailed Experience ​Discrepancies in Condition: The photos are digitally enhanced to provide a good image, whereas in reality, the furniture, bathroom, and kitchen are old and of a much lower quality than advertised. ​Noise and Airflow Issues: The apartment is located on the first floor, situated directly above commercial shops and a basement parking facility. At night, commercial refrigerators or pumps operated intermittently, producing two to three distinct low-frequency hums. Additionally, an exhaust chimney from these facilities runs directly beneath the windows of three rooms (two bedrooms and one bathroom). ​Ventilation Dilemma: Because of the exhaust chimney and noise from the shops below, we could not keep the windows open at night. This severely restricted airflow and resulted in very stuffy rooms. ​Air Conditioning Restrictions: We specifically booked this accommodation because it advertised air conditioning. However, we discovered that the air conditioning system is programmed to shut off automatically at night—a crucial limitation that was not mentioned at all in the advertisement. ​Indoor Climate: With the windows closed due to outside noise and the air conditioning turned off overnight, indoor temperatures reached 28°C in a humid seaside climate like Barcelona. This combination of heat, humidity, and lack of ventilation made restful sleep virtually impossible.

Die Sauberkeit

− Betreff: Beschwerde wegen eingeschränkter Nutzung der Klimaanlage Sehr geehrtes Booking.com-Team, ich möchte mich bezüglich unseres Aufenthalts in Barcelona über die Darstellung der Klimaanlage in der Unterkunft beschweren. Uns war zwar bekannt, dass die Klimaanlage laut einem kleinen Hinweis auf einem der zahlreichen Fotos nur zwischen 10:00 und 21:00 Uhr betrieben werden kann. Genau hier liegt jedoch das Problem: In den Ausstattungseigenschaften der Unterkunft wird eine Klimaanlage als vorhanden angegeben, ohne dass dort deutlich darauf hingewiesen wird, dass diese nur eingeschränkt und insbesondere nachts nicht genutzt werden kann. Als Gast verlässt man sich bei der Buchung in erster Linie auf die angegebenen Ausstattungseigenschaften und geht davon aus, dass diese während des gesamten Aufenthalts zur Verfügung stehen. Niemand rechnet damit, dass eine als vorhandene Klimaanlage nur zu bestimmten Tageszeiten funktioniert bzw. genutzt werden darf. Gerade bei den extrem hohen Temperaturen in Barcelona war die fehlende Klimaanlage während der Nacht eine erhebliche Einschränkung und hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Ich halte diese Darstellung daher für irreführend und bitte Booking.com, den Sachverhalt zu prüfen und uns aufgrund dieser erheblichen Einschränkung eine angemessene Kompensation bzw. teilweise Rückerstattung anzubieten. La ubicación. Es un piso amplio y cómodo.

− Pedimos early check in, tardaron más de media hora en gestionarlo. La puerta no abría bien con el sistema online. El vecino de arriba estaba haciendo obras, el ruido en la casa era ensordecedor. No sabiamos que estaban en obras. El día que salimos la chica de la limpieza apareció sin avisar ni hacer ruido en la habitación, casi me muero del susto; y encima se enfada porque se lo echo en cara.
