Very Nice apartment in a great location. The host had Nespresso pods, sugar, condiments, local snacks. bottled water and 2 large bags of ice. There is a cute Italian deli across the street where I was able to get more Nespresso pods, drinks deli meats etc which was very convenient. We visited the wine bar beneath the apartment in two nights and loved it. The couch and bed were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped to fit our needs. Carla met us at the apartment to review everything which was a very nice and appropriated touch. The

− We love to watch movies in the evening and would have liked to have access to Netflix or something similar. The apartment description was accurate in that Netflix was not listed as an amenity. There are narrow stairs to get to the apartment which we could manage however might be difficult for some to get luggage up and down.

Super well located in a cute neighborhood. the apartment is super cozy and has the best flower tree view from the balcony.

We loved the location and the accomodations were nice. We just wish it wasn't located over a bar!

Location was fantastic for getting around the city and the Gracia neighborhood is a wonderful neighborhood to stay in. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance and it is a pleasant neighborhood to walk around in.

− The home is directly over a bar so the noise from the bar at night made it difficult to sleep until after the bar closed. If you don't mind music/talking at night this won't be a problem for you.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location was excellent, quiet and peaceful, especially during the Christmas period. We also really appreciated the complimentary touches such as coffee pods, a small jar, and bread. These little details made our stay even more comfortable and welcoming. Thanks to Max again for his great support and help during our stay.

− The AC located in the bedroom might need maintenance.

Korter on avar ja ilus. Voodi ja diivan olid mugavad. Köök hästi varustatud. Piirkond on väga hea, olulised vaatamisväärsused on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Lähedal on mitu metroopeatust. Lähedal on toidupoed, söögikohad.

− Novembris oli korteris külm, hoolimata konditsioneerist. Mõnda külastajat võib häirida allkorruse baar, kuigi sumin sealt mind ei seganud.
