− Even speaking with the owner before booking I explained I was booking for 2 lads for the week whilst they were working in the area. I was then charged £180.00 for using the sofa bed.

1.0NOTHING dangerous electrics and poor fittings no thought tor guests dirty omg I was charged for moving the microwave to a safer place and the vile dead bugs 🐛 behind it reported and she charged me tor it. Don't stay in any of their properties.. the actual deposit was taken out of Booking.com when I complained nothing was done.
− Please don't waste money as you will be disappointed..no electricity for over a day and they couldn't care less.

Very disappointing stay. Property managed by a company (SuperLet) who I shall avoid using again.
2.0The location was nice
− The property is very tired and not as well equipped in the kitchen as described. For instance the 'oven' is a convector/microwave oven and there is very little room for the plug in electric hob should you want to use it. When we arrived the fridge was open and unplugged (this is how you are asked to leave it) so we weren't sure if it worked. The very helpful cleaner who was at the neighbouring property was not expecting us on the day we arrived. The bedroom curtain had mould stains and shower had black mould around the bottom. Despite being sent several automatic emails and an invite to join a Whatsapp group (with a Philippines number!) when I sent a message with requests I did not receive any responses. Fortunately no one was staying in the adjacent Farmhouse however I am not sure how it would have been if there had. It is not clear that the garden is shared with this property. A sign at the driveway entrance would be very handy.
Great little gem
10.0Lovely stay here. Husband was fishing at Bewl reservoir and myself and the dog had a relaxing time. The dog loved the garden. Would definitely have like to stay again.
− I liked everything but an oven would be more useful than a dishwasher but that's just my opinion.

The kitchen is compact and best suited to preparing simple meals rather than large or complicated cooking.
Please make sure the correct number of guests is entered when booking. The standard price is based on up to 2 guests sharing the main bedroom. If the sofa bed is required, this must be requested in advance and an additional sofa bed setup charge of £45 per night applies. The sofa bed can sleep up to 2 additional guests, either adults or children.
We can also provide a travel cot and/or camp bed for a baby up to 2 years old, or for a small child up to 16 years old, subject to availability. A high chair is also available. These items are available for an additional hire charge and must be reserved in advance.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement only and at our discretion. An additional charge of up to £11 per pet, per night applies, depending on the number and breed of pets. Please arrange this with us in advance.
