2.0La climatisation. La bouteille de vin offerte
− Le bruit infernal. Il n est pas précisé sur l annonce que le logement est situé au dessus d un bar! Il est précisé qu il y a du bruit possible mais on s attend à du bruit de la ville et non à la présence d un bar. On entend également n importe quelle personne passant sur le pallier. Pas de cafetière. Douche ridiculement petite. Enfin il serait temps que les propriétaires assument le fait de louer des appartements en les accueillant en personne!
