2.0Die Agentur LITORE verwaltet das Objekt im Auftrag des Eigentümers; Kommunikation, Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe waren professionell und freundlich. Besonderer Dank an Myroslava, die hier sehr sympathisch unterstützt. Das Apartment liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und einer kleinen Badebucht, die wirklich sehr schön ist. Man kauft quasi die Top-Lage inkusive übedachtem Parkplatz......
− Das Apartment ist aus den späten 70er Jahren; daher ist die Raumaufteilung (gewohnt) ungünstig mit kleinen Zimmern und wenig Licht. Das Apartment ist mit uralten Möbeln eingerichtet, muffig und hat neben einem enormen Renovierungsstau (insbesondere Badezimmer) starke Defizite bei der Sauberkeit. In allen Ecken und Schränken ist es dreckig und vollgestopft mit altem Zeug (so in etwa startet eine Messi-Wohnung). Wir können trotz der guten Lage nur abraten, da die Nachteile zu gravierend sind und man sich wirklich ärgert, seinen Urlaub in solch einem Relikt zu verbringen. Ach so; es gibt definitiv KEIN WIFI und der Empfang im Mobilfunknetzt ist schwach. Leider absolu keine Empfehlung.
