9.0Perfect location! Everything was within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out. We spent 3 days as a group of four, the sofa and the bed were comfortable, also everything was very clean. Everything mentioned in the description is available in the apartment (hair dryer, towels, etc).
− The shower did not always have warm water. The cost of staying at a central location like this is that the stairs are super steep and small. We could manage, because we are young and energetic, but anyone with a disability or less agility could struggle with it.

8.0Sauber und super Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles gut erklärt. Anfragen wurde schnell und freundlich beantwortet.
− Leider fehlte trotz Küche ein Herd oder Ofen zum warm machen oder kochen von Mahlzeiten. Für uns kein Problem. Sollte man jedoch in der Beschreibung erwähnen.

− When we booked the property, we were a little concerned about the comments regarding the steep stairs. However, after staying there, we actually felt that the stairs added to the charm of the property and gave us a more authentic Amsterdam experience.

8.0The apartment was nice and spacious. The bathroom was very nicely renovated and well thought out. The layout with the bedroom at the back of the property made sense to minimise noise disruption.
− I thought the air conditioning system could have been better. It didn't cool the apartment much at all. Made sleeping a little difficult in the hot summer weather.
