− Just had a slight issue with email giving the details of door code. Had to phone for clarity.

Localização.

− A acessibilidade não é boa , pois o elevador fica a quatro lances acima, a partir do piso térreo, com escada estreita, dificultando ainda mais o transporte de bagagem. Foi uma surpresa extremamente desagradável! Penso que essa informação é de muita importância e deveria constar do descritivo da hospedagem. Outras observações: •o anfitrião deveria oferecer acolhida mais simpática, disponibilizando água mineral e algumas cápsulas de café expresso , para uso na máquina existente na acomodação. Penso que seria elegante, apropriado e compatível à recepção de hóspedes; •o box do banheiro precisa de manutenção, pois a água do banho escapa em abundância para fora do box, através de abertura na base da porta que precisa receber acabamento de contenção. Precisamos redobrar cuidados para não escorregar e usar toalhas para reter o volume de água no piso.

Access was great with the electronic key and I’m glad there was a lift as the stairs were steep. The property was bright and felt spacious.

− Unfortunately the apartment is in a side street near a homeless hostel. There is a lot of vulnerable people sleeping in the street waiting to get into the hostel in the morning. I think this also attracts some rather shady characters to hang around and we were offered drugs coming home at night. Also in the morning the street is really dirty with human waste in the street. I accept apartment owners can’t do anything about this however it did spoil the experience and we wouldn’t have walked to the apartment alone.

Great location, comfortable beds. Kitchen dinibg area is good and made our stay very enjoyable.

Code was sent to us before our arrival in Barcelona. Great position an easy walk to most places to visit.

− Bathroom faucet assy was loose. I contacted the reception and although they responded straight away, said someone would come the next day to fix it, noboby came to fix it! . The shower door did not seal very well at the bottom and water would spill out onto bathroom floor. Small bathroom, but adequate for a visit. Both bottle openers had broken corkscrews. We had bought a bottle of wine to enjoy at the unit , but couldn't open it. I brought a new opener the next day and left it there for future guests. Getting heavy bags up the first flight of restricted space stairs is not easy.
