7.0El apartamento está muy bien, dentro de lo que es la zona del Paralel-Raval muy buena relación calidad-precio. Todo ello siempre en el contexto del disparate que es Barcelona en general, que por otra parte, es magnífica también. Muy aconsejable para una corta estancia. La atención de Michel muy buena.
− Es un edificio antigüo que está muy bien reformado. Nosotros apenas la usamos, quizá la cocina necesite una renovación.

8.0Excellent location, nice size apartment. Two metro lines a short walk away to get to a lot of the attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
− There was construction on the street that started at 8 am. There are also a few restaurants and bars in front. Bedroom was at the front of condo so it was a bit noisy for sleeping,

− It felt like renovations were mostly but not fully complete. It would benefit from some TLC. Note those comments relate to aesthetics, not practicalities, although it should be said that the hot water did not work in the bathroom basin.

10.0The best, cleanest, and most delightful place to stay in Barcelona! Its perfect location, close to everything, and all the wonderful amenities of the apartment made our entire holiday even more special. Above all, our host’s kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality were absolutely outstanding.
− I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this place. If I ever return to Barcelona, this is where I will always choose to stay!
