8.0Nicely located in walking distance to the beach, metro and gothic city. Spacious apartment. Overall good value for money.
− One of the beds where less comfortable, there were only fans and not AC in the bedrooms (only in the living room)

A comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location.
9.0Excellent location in a quiet and uncrowded part of the city, a 5-minute walk to the beach and bus stops. Small shops and a small shopping centre are located right next to the apartment.
− The apartment’s furnishings are in need of refurbishment. The sofas in the living room are worn, the balcony chairs are barely usable, and here and there things are coming loose or show significant signs of wear. Most importantly, however, everything works and we didn’t have any issues.
