− L'état de l'appartement. C'était sale, beaucoup de choses cassées ( miroir, portes, plafond) La terrasse était tellement sale que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. La douche était moitié cassée.

− STAY AWAY! Overpriced, filthy and completely unacceptable. I stayed here for nine nights, and it was an absolute nightmare. This apartment is in a disgraceful condition and should not be rented out without a complete renovation. The building’s main entrance door was missing, raising serious security concerns. The apartment was dirty, outdated and poorly maintained. Damaged parquet flooring, filthy and torn blinds, broken furniture, dirty kitchen utensils, a neglected sofa, broken outdoor chairs and visible water damage and possible mould in the bathroom. The bedroom and living room sliding doors did not close properly, allowing constant street noise inside and preventing the air conditioning from cooling the apartment effectively. The noise from buses, trucks, motorcycles and rubbish collection was unbearable, especially at night. It genuinely felt like sleeping on the street. The mattress was extremely hard and caused back pain. The oversized furniture made an already small apartment feel cramped and uncomfortable. I complained directly to reception during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the problems were beyond what they could resolve. Charging such high prices for a property in this condition is outrageous. This is not a matter of minor imperfections; it is a complete lack of maintenance, cleanliness and basic comfort. Management should be ashamed of renting this apartment in its current condition. It needs serious refurbishment, not more paying guests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A complete rip-off and absolutely not worth the money.

El sofá era muy cómodo

− La fianza me parece excesiva, ya que el apartamento estaba vacío de utensilios prácticamente. La puerta de un armario atascada y no podía usarse, y algunas hormigas por las encimeras. La puerta del portal de la calle arrancada de cuajo, con lo que no había mucha seguridad. Y al llegar nos encontramos una fiesta con música muy alta en el piso superior, hasta bien entrada la madrugada.
