3.0− Очень плохая шумоизоляция, постоянный шум от трамваев и машин. Сантехника в плохом состоянии. Кровать неудобно, матрас нужно иногда менять.

− Brudne naczynia, skrzypiące łóżko, rozlatujące się ramy od drzwi, cieknący kran, ciężko znaleźć dwie równe szklanki, brak talerzy. Ogólnie apartament do remontu. A najgorsze jest to że pomimo wcześniejszych złych opinii nic nie jest poprawione. Dosłownie nic.

− Apartament jest w kamienicy, przez co było w nim lodowato. Czystość również nie była najlepsza, widoczne pajęczyny, brudny blat kuchenny, podłogi oraz ściany. Apartament wyraźnie wymaga odświeżenia/remontu. Ze względu na lokalizację trzeba się również liczyć z hałasem pochodzącym z ulicy oraz intensywne drgania wszystkiego gdy przejeżdża tramwaj, ale na te rzeczy każdy powinien się godzić biorąc apartament tuż przy jednej z głównych ulic.
