− Unfortunately I do not like memory foam mattresses but apart from that very good .
For a one night stay, this room did its job.

9.0Convenient location, very close to the South West Coast Path, which we are walking. Also close to shops and restaurants. Easy to get into with key code and easy to find.
− No bedside table on one side and bed was right up against the wall so hard to get into with a bad knee.

5.0Location was fine. For a budget room it was adequate, no breakfast provided, but biscuits and beverage facilities appreciated!
− It had what we needed for a night, but cleanliness was barely adequate. My glasses slipped down the side of the bed and when recovering them I found a previous guests glasses there along with various sundry rubbish and dust - clearly no cleaning under the bed. No extractor in the shower/toilet cupboard.
