Rustige ligging op kleinschalig complex, met zorg aangelegd en met liefde onderhouden. Dichtbij bos en heide. Diverse fiets- en wandelroutes in de buurt. Winkels en horeca op fietsafstand. Huisje is compact, maar comfortabel.
