Spacious
8.0The accomodation was spacious enough for our large family of 12 (7 adults and 5 kids). It had ample bathrooms for all. It wasn't over cramped with furniture, which we loved and it gave us more room to spread out. It had enough furniture for our large family.
− It would have been nice to have some basic staples in the kitchen like rubbish bags, paper towels, tea towels, etc. We had initially requested two cribs, however, they were not set up on arrival (as we failed to confirm we needed the cribs 1 week before arrival), so we had to buy some on the night we arrived. The host thankfully reimbursed us for the cribs.

3.0Locatie
− Geen showergel en geen shampoo
Lots of potential that fails to deliver.
3.0Location is excellent and the size of the apartment is amazing. Great location with lots to do nearby and centrally located.
− Host was rude at times, and slow to respond. Also the AC is available but not under your control, the host sets the temperature and does not give you ability to change it, when asked I was told that: "The set temperature of 76F is a perfectly acceptable and adequate". Also the showers did not drain properly, which led to several bathroom floodings, when I messaged the host I was told to: "Could you please investigate and let us know if this is something that can be fixed easily or would need a more thorough intervention", they never followed up or corrected the issue. Also only 1 of the water heaters was working, which meant that only half of the apartment had hot water, the other water heater even after being reset would not function properly. Host was also unwilling to let us drop our luggage off before check in (2hrs early), we didnt need to fully check in just to put our luggage inside the apartment, even though they were done cleaning. I know this because we stayed there until they gave us the code, and there was no one in or out of the apartment during that time period.
