− Mal estado de conservación del apartamento. Las paredes "blancas" estaban muy sucias y ennegrecidas al igual que las puertas. Jambas inferiores hinchadas y deterioradas. Las tablas del parquet flotante del pasillo y entrada están sueltas, no se ajustan y te resbalas al caminar. Moho en lavabo y en parte interior de armarios.

− Problem with the apartment door; which the lock system would not lock or unlock the door. There should be a sign for building guests to not lock the front door with physical key because it stops access to other guests from the outside. The floorboards are old and broken which led to them being loose which slid as you walked and perhaps dangerous. Simple light fixtures not working . Sliding bathroom door needs attention. Would be nice to find spare bin bags for bins and washing liquid. Aircon in the second bedroom doesn’t work properly. The second bathroom drain was blocked and unusable.
Tágas volt, nagy szobákkal. Kicsi finomhangolással még van mit tökéletesíteni. Ajánlom 4*.
8.0Nagyon tágas volt a szállás, minden szobában volt elegendő szekrény. Minden szobában volt légkondi (kivéve konyha). Az utcában szerencsére nem volt túl nagy forgalom, így nem volt zajos a szállás. A nappaliból az utcára nyílt ablak így rengeteg természetes fény érkezett be, (a többi helyiségben csak a lihthofra néző ablak volt vagy az sem.) A szállás a 3. emeleten van, lift van. Kaptunk piperét, volt kikészítve mosogatószer, szivacs, 1 db (kicsi) konyharuha. A konyhában volt vízforraló, kapszulás kávéfőző ( bekészített kapszulával), mikro, tűzhely, mosógép, vasaló, vasalódeszka.
− A bekészített dolgok kevésnek bizonyultak (3 nap alatt elfogyott a wc-papír, csak két kis tasak cukor volt stb.). Ezek azért okoznak nehézséget, mert nem lehet őket kis mennyiségben pótolni: 8-12 guriga wc-papírt lehet venni, holott csak 2db kellett volna, 1kg cukrot lehet venni, holott 5dkg kellett volna. Ezeket a mennyiségeket javasoljuk emelni. Nagyon hiányoztak a fogasok a fürdőből, szobákból, ez is könnyedén orvosolható hiányosság. Összességében 4-est adnék a szállásnak 5-ös skálán.
