Muy cómodo y en un barrio ideal
9.0La ubicación es excepcional: muy cerca del metro y en un barrio que tiene de todo y con muy buen ambiente. El piso tiene un par de balconcitos en el salón en los que es muy agradable sentarse a tomar un café y relajarse viendo la calle. La cocina está muy bien equipada y con mucho menaje, la ducha sale con buena presión y temperatura y las camas son cómodas. Ningún dormitorio tiene ventana a la calle: el más grande da a los patios de los bloques y los dos más pequeños a un patio de luces. Eso significa que se puede ventilar bien pero no hay ruidos molestos para dormir. El sofá del salón es muy grande y cómodo.
− En fin de semana el anfitrión no responde a los mensajes. No nos hacía falta para nada urgente, pero de haber sido así hubiera sido un problema. Eso sí, el lunes a primera hora ya estaba contestando y fue muy amable cuando se comunicó con nosotros. El apartamento solo tiene un baño y eso ha sido bastante incómodo siendo 6 personas en la casa. Hay un dormitorio cerrado porque el alojamiento tiene licencia para 8 huéspedes, pero en nuestra opinión merecería más la pena convertirlo en un segundo baño pues mejoraría muchísimo la estancia.

7.0La climatisation fut très apprécié, mais elle se rend difficilement jusque dans les deux chambres près du salon. L'ascenseur est aussi très apprécié. Logement est assez bien situé.
− L'immeuble est un peu bruyant, à toutes heures de la journée. La salle de bain sent un peu l'humidité et le lave-linge a de la moisissure.

9.0Big apartment, very clean, had all we needed and we were 3 different families (moms with one small child), kids had a lot of space to spend their play time. Kitchen had all needed and we really enjoyed. Good thing is there is a supermarket right across the street.
− 2 rooms don't have an actual window that looks outside so no natural light and air (for me bigger problem) and when you open the window you see an inside of a building and its elevator. Also we could hear everybody who was going through the hallway, so every morning I could hear people going to work. It was a bit cold and there was no extra blanket, and air-condition does not work when you go out.
