Keyless entry nightmare
6.0Cleanliness of apartment; location; walkable to shops, restaurants, some sights, metro and supermarkets; decor; comfortable bed; balcony and its view; spacious; AC; lots of natural light; courteous reps on the phone and by email
− Keyless entry (wrong instructions in app and stressful moments every time we went back to the apartment wondering if it would open the door or not); no person to greet us on first day (or ever); tiny elevator; ugly building corridors; no safety box; lack of counter space in the kitchen; dangerous step in bathroom; delay in answering messages
A not comfertable expensive bed in Barcelona
4.0The size was ok.
− It was very dirty, mold in the kitchen and more hair on the matrass under the sheet than on my head, it was not my color…… on top of the stains. We were there in the hot period and the aircon’ s couldn’t by far not cope with the heat. Continous reminder about penalties is not customer friendly at all. Overall not good for the high price, can not recommend.
Extremely helpful staff and good location for exploring the city.
9.0Clean and tidy. Three bedrooms were a bonus.
