− Purtroppo la casa è molto sporca soprattutto il bagno e le camere da letto. Il bagno oltre ad essere sporco ha perdite d’acqua(scarico bidet),che lo allagano e la vasca/doccia impossibile da utilizzare senza bagnare tutto. Le camere da letto sporche sotto i letti,sotto uno c’era un mollettone da donna e un bicchiere di carta,ma soprattutto le pareti impolverate (hanno provato a passare uno straccio per togliere il grosso della polvere,con scarso risultato). Mi dispiace ma non consiglierei a nessuno questa location. Prezzo altissimo per un qualità così scarsa.

8.0The parents of the host, a very nice elderly couple, welcomed me after I had a telephone call with the host. They don't speak English, but all went well. The apartment is simple but it's fine and it is located nicely in the hills in an old village Casaproto. Casaprota has a nice bar and a small shop. The local people are nice. If you don't expect too much luxury, you can have a great stay at Residenza la Rosa.
− The bathroom is very small and simple, which I myself don't mind, but the shower was not very comfortable (no shower curtain and you had to keep the shower in you hand while showering)
Overall a pleasant eight day stay in a friendly location.
8.0The apartment was self catering. Friendly host. Older style apartment. Shower/bath small but adequate. Pleasant small village in the hills, with good views. Bakery, two bars, food shop and pharmacy in the village. Windy road to get there from the main road, so care needed, especially when driving at night, as some fairly sharp curves. Adequate parking in front of the apartment and nearby.
− No particular dislikes. Good value for the price.
