9.0The apartment is located very close to the lake (<2 minutes walk) and a shop with a private parking space. The town center is about a 5-10 min. walk away, so it's in a great location (a bit away from the strict center) – a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. I highly recommend it :-)
